  • Quality Check: Every K&F tripod undergoes a final inspection before packing to ensure all carbon fiber sections and ball head movements are perfect.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship high-value tripods to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical street address.

  • Address Changes: To protect your purchase, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your gear is insured during transit.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our K&F Concept gear. If your new tripod isn't the perfect fit for your photography workflow, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the tripod must be:

  • In original, like-new condition (no scratches on the carbon fiber or dents in the ball head).

  • In its original packaging, including the padded bag, tools, and manual.

2. Defective or Damaged Items (The "Out-of-the-Box" Guarantee)

While every O255C4 undergoes a strict quality check, transit accidents happen.

  • If your tripod arrives with a defect (e.g., a sticky leg lock or a manufacturing flaw in the FH-03 head), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you.

3. "Change of Mind" Returns

Ordered the wrong model? Decided on a different size?

  • You can still return the item within 30 days.

  • In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fees: Unlike many camera shops, we do not charge a restocking fee as long as the item is returned in its original packaging.
